3 Reasons to Stop Grieving!

If you're ever going to enjoy the following three necessities of a satisfying life then you must decide to take control of the grief process and determine its endpoint. You're going to have to decide when to put and end to your grief.

Why Choose Me?

Like many, you may be waiting for your grief to pass, but it just seems to hang on. At The Mourning After my mission is to help you take control of and overcome your grief by teaching you how to activate and accelerate the grief process.

I teach you how to activate and accelerate the grief process through weekly e-mail and daily text message encouragement, special seminars and workshops, resources designed with you and your journey in mind, group sessions that affirm your experience and still challenge you to grow, and compassionate listening as you express your feelings.

Each group meets once per week for 6 weeks. Each meeting runs 90 minutes and is structured in 3 components: 1) An opening presentation (video, lecture, skit, special guest) 2) A guided, supportive group discussion of the presentation 3) A time for personal study, reflection, and application using The Mourning After workbook

The Mourning After grief support services helps you to activate and accelerate the grief process.
