Remembrance isn’t something we stumble into, or that happens by accident. It requires intent and determination. When a loved one leaves our sight we yearn to see and connect with them again. That is, after all, what it means to remember. To re – member. To become a member of another again. To re – connect with them.
The Mourning After offers this Remembrance Luncheon to help you reconnect with your loved one. To remind you that your relationship hasn’t ended, but instead it has changed. To help you begin to build a new kind of relationship with the one gone from your sight, but not your life.
The 2021 Remembrance Luncheon will help you come to terms with and accept the permanent change in your relationship with your loved one. This opportunity to publicly honor the memory of someone who has meant so much to you will provide another outlet for your grief, another layer of support from others who understand your pain, and another chance for you to grow and heal.
Please RSVP below and let us know if you will be joining us. We promise you unforgettable moments as we all honor your unforgettable loved one.

As the only child of a single parent since I was 5 years old, the loss of my mother, Marguerite, just 6months short of 104 from COVID-19 was heartbreaking.
